7-8:15 pm Kundalini Yoga with Clemence ($5 upgrade option includes 2 pumps of hemp oil prior to class for added health benefits).

Thursday 8-9 pm Yogaflow with Lizzy.

Saturday 9-10 am Yogaflow with Lizzy.

Sunday 12-1 pm Vinyasa flow with Janine Anthony Bowen.

4-5 pm Gentle Yoga with Lizzy.


Class Description

Yogaflow: A gentle vinyasa flow that leaves your body feeling energized, yet relaxed. This class is beginner – intermediate.

Kundalini: A powerful combination of repetitive movements or Kriyas, combined with breath work, chanting and sound. This class is beginner friendly.

Gentle Yoga: Slow, deep stretching that allows the body to fall into a restful, meditative state. This class is great for beginners.

Vinyasa flow: This powerful flow works up heat within the body, tones the muscles, gets rid of toxins and so much more. This is our more heated/intense class while still remaining accessible. Suggested for beginner-intermediate.

Hatha:  This foundational class is great for beginners and experienced yogis alike to really focus on proper alignment and linking your movement with the breath.
